CAMDEN – The Town of Camden and Camden Public Library are hosting the Maine Outdoor Film Festival at the Camden Amphitheater for an evening of outdoor adventure and conservation films on Thursday, September 2. The event is free and open to the public; donations accepted with proceeds going to Camden Public Library and Teens to Trails. Movies start at 7:45 p.m., and the event will last 2 hours with a 10-minute intermission. Please bring your own lawn chairs or blankets for comfortable seating.
A selection of approximately eight short films will be screened, with themes exploring topics such as: how humans relate to animals and the natural world; the rigors of extreme outdoor sports; and the healing and inspiring power of the outdoors.
