Bedford Theater offers variety
BEDFORD, PA – The next Open Mic night at the Bedford Arts Cooperative is July 17th. Musicians, bands, spoken word artists, comics and all other talent and fans are invited. Doors open at 7:30 p.m.
Artists can choose a time slot on a first come, first served basis. There is a cover charge and guests 21 and older may bring alcohol.
The Off Pitt Street Theater show “Atomic Radio” will host a reading on July 25 at 3 p.m. for actors to present stories through dramatic reading. No memorization is required and only four rehearsals take place before the performance on July 31 at 8 p.m.
The parts are available for anyone with reading fluency and a dynamic voice.
Off Pitt Street Theater is accepting reservations for “Murder in High Fashion – an original, interactive, Murder Mystery event†July 23-24 at 8pm. Sponsored by Beverly’s Touch of Class, the psychological thriller will take place as audiences interview game characters and win awards. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. A cash bar will be available.
The organization meeting of the Off Pitt Street Shakespeare Troupe is scheduled for August 14 at 3 p.m. for anyone 18 and over. No acting / Shakespeare experience is required.
